RETURNS

It would be helpful to start by explaining some key terms used in this policy. Perfect Imperfect Limited is a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 15658266, with its registered office located at 4 Market Street, Hatherleigh, EX20 3JN, Devon.

Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Any goods returned outside the return period, damaged, or sent without documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Items can be returned to our Devon Showroom or sent to the following address: Perfect Imperfect Limited, Online Returns, 4 Market Street, Hatherleigh, EX20 3JN.

Perfect Imperfect Limited cannot AND WILL NOT be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive.  Perfect Imperfect Limited will not be liable for customs or duty charges incurred when returning goods. Please be advised that we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for personalised and bespoke orders. For refunds or exchanges on in-store purchases, please refer to the details on your store receipt. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS | We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it at listen@perfectimperfect.co.uk. To make any changes to your order, you must contact us immediately after it has been placed, and we will discuss the options with you.

REFUNDS | A restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Items must be returned in the condition received.  To ensure proper insurance coverage, all shipments must go through Perfect Imperfect Limited. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. The return of customised or made-to-order items is at the seller’s discretion.   Return shipping costs are not subsidised and may be higher than the original shipping cost.
